BBC Red Button is broadcast on all digital television platforms in the UK, including digital cable ( DVB-C ), IPTV ( TalkTalk TV – channel 503, no red button or teletext ), digital satellite ( DVB-S ) ( Sky & Freesat ) and digital terrestrial television ( DVB-T ) ( Freeview ).

The channel is carried on Freeview, on satellite broadcasters Freesat and Sky, UK IPTV broadcaster TalkTalk TV and on UK cable networks Virgin Media and Smallworld Cable.

Scuzz is available 22 hours a day on Sky channel 374 and Freesat Channel 503 and is part of a bouquet of music channels owned by CSC Media, including Bliss, Flaunt, Chart Show TV, The Vault and Flava.

On 3 November 2010, NME TV was replaced with Scuzz on Freesat channel 503.

On the weekend of 18 – 20 September 2009, the channel showed a selection of programmes normally only available to paying Sky subscribers instead of the channel's usual schedule as a " taster " of what is available on the subscription-based Sky to viewers of Freeview, TalkTalk TV, and Freesat from Sky.
