* Jan. 1, 2011-Disgraced, former CPD Commander Jon Burge was sentenced to four-and-one-half years in federal prison, after being convicted of all charges in relation to perjuring himself and obstructing justice in a federal investigation as to whether he was torturing innocent citizens to get false confessions to crimes those citizens didn't commit.
