Lars Magnus Ericsson ( 5 May 1846 – 17 December 1926 ) was a Swedish inventor, entrepreneur and founder of telephone equipment manufacturer Ericsson ( incorporated as Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson ).

Lars Magnus was born in Värmskog, Värmland and grew up in the small village of Vegerbol, between Karlstad and Arvika.

In the year 1900 Lars Magnus retired from Ericsson at the age of 54.

Sweden was one of few countries where the Bell System never got a strong hold, because Bell's invention was not patented in Sweden and a Swedish private competitor, Allmänna Telefon, was thus able to find an independent equipment supplier in Lars Magnus Ericsson.

Its notable that Lars Magnus Ericsson that founded the LM Ericsson company, now known as Ericsson also had properties in Botkyrka, including Hagelby Gard that today is used for conferences and as an excursion place with gardens, animals, stone age village and more.

In addition, the village Värmskog, with 65 inhabitants ( 2000 ), is known as the birthplace of inventor Lars Magnus Ericsson.

His grandfather August Johansson built one of the first cars in Stockholm and sold it to Lars Magnus Ericsson.

The members of the band are currently Pål Magnus Rybom, Trine Bilet, and Lars Kristian Holt ; Fredrik Hansen left the band in 2004, but is in contact with the band in regards to joining again.

When it was first published in 1830 by Lars Johan Hierta, it was a tabloid that reported news and also criticised the new Swedish king Charles XIV John.

J. E. Lundström left the match business in Jönköping around 1862 – 63 to work with his cellulose factory, Munksjö Cellulose, in Jönköping that he had founded in 1862 together with Lars Johan Hierta.
