* Mephisto appears in the Silver Surfer video game for the NES.

* Mephisto appears as a secret character in the game Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter as a palette swap of Blackheart.

* Mephisto appears in the game Marvel: Ultimate Alliance voiced by Fred Tatasciore.

* Mephisto appears in the ending of Morrigan Aensland in the video game Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds.

* Mephisto appears in Ghost Rider's ending in Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, where Dante and Trish force him to undo his demonic pact with Johnny Blaze.

The manuscript bears the title " Fourth Mephisto Waltz " and may have been intended to replace the piece now known as the Fourth Mephisto Waltz when it appeared Liszt would not be able to finish it ; the phrase Bagatelle ohne Tonart actually appears as a sub-title on the front-page of the manuscript.

* In Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance, Mephisto ( Ciarán Hinds ) now goes by the name Roarke, is one of the main antagonists ( along with his hired gun, Ray Carrigan aka Blackout ) and has fathered a child, with a woman named Nayda ( Violante Placido ), and has plans for the boy, named Danny ( Fergus Riorden ).

* In the 2007 film Ghost Rider, Blackheart is portrayed by Wes Bentley as the main antagonist, alongside his father Mephisto.

But when Mephisto finds out about his son's search for the contract, he forces Johnny Blaze to serve his purpose as his Ghost Rider to track down and kill Blackheart and his minions.

Mephisto calls on Ghost Rider when some demons planned to restore Blackheart back to good health.

Johnny Blaze is now free from the curse that Mephisto placed on him many years before and the first existence of the Ghost Rider comes to an end.

The villains featured in the game are Reptyl, Mephisto, Possessor, Fire Lord, and Dorrek VII, the Skrull Emperor.

At this point the film begins to take a very dark and gothic turn as Johnny's tour guide, Mephisto ( Mr. D's chief lieutenant, also voiced by Shearer ), guides him through the sections of Hell where musicians who have sold their souls are violently tortured.

He summons Mephisto, who overcomes Faust's reluctance to sign a pact by telling him he can try it for one day with no obligation.

Similarities to Goethe's Faust include the classic tale of a man who sold his soul to the Devil, the same Mephisto wagering with an angel to corrupt the soul of Faust, the plague sent by Mephisto on Faust's small town, and the familiar cliffhanger-Faust unable to find a cure and therefore turning to Mephisto, renouncing God, the angel and science alike.

Wilson Fisk, informed of May's survival by a disguised Mephisto, decides to send a masked hitman after Anna Watson.

In 2007, Quesada presided over the controversial " One More Day " storyline, which he also drew, in which Peter and Mary Jane's marriage is erased from history and everyone's memories by the demon Mephisto.
