The Community Programme is a programme run by the club which involves charitable events and things that bring local areas together.

In response to these events O ' Neill introduced a Five Point Reform Programme.

There is a brass band and light orchestra and a programme of varied community arts events at Music and Drama Community Arts Programme ( Madcap ).
