Valentine Cameron Prinsep, often known as Val Prinsep, ( 14 February 1838 – 11 November 1904 ) was a British painter of the Pre-Raphaelite school.
Among his descendants are the artist Valentine Cameron Prinsep, the Anglo-Indian antiquarian, scholar and architect James Prinsep and others.
