Recent productions have included the multi-award winning production of John Doyle's Sweeney Todd which subsequently transferred to Broadway, Ying Tong-A Walk with the Goons, Someone Who'll Watch Over Me, Journey's End and the world première of Kate Betts ' On the Third Day which won the Channel 4 television series The Play's the Thing.

The winning design was the work of Maya Ying Lin of Athens, Ohio, a 21-year-old senior at Yale University.

Yang Ying ( 杨英, b. 1959 ) was the featured soloist for the Chinese National Song and Dance Ensemble ( 中央歌舞团 ) of Beijing from 1978-1996.

St. Louis School ( Chinese: 聖類斯中學 ), located in Sai Ying Pun ( historically West Point, Hong Kong ) is a privately-run, Catholic primary and ( government-subsidized ) secondary English grammar school.

Mrs Ng-Gan left Nanyang Girls ' High School to lead Yishun Junior College in December 2001 and was replaced by Mdm Mak Lai Ying.

Though Suzhou's Wu School encouraged painting in ink washes, Qiu Ying also painted in the green-and-blue style.

Among them are seven violin concertos, five sonatas for violin with piano, three for violin solo ( including an early, unnumbered one from 1929 ), a Quartet for four violins, seven string quartets, and two piano quintets.

With J. Rybensky and L. Kostecky as first and second violins, and Václav Neumann as violist, the group gave its first perfirmance as the Smetana Quartet in November 1945, in Prague.

The quartet was formed as the Moscow Conservatoire Quartet with Mstislav Rostropovich on cello, Rostislav Dubinsky and Nina Barshai on first and second violins and Rudolf Barshai on viola, all members of a class taken by Mikhail Terian, the viola player of the Comitas Quartet.

The Quartet is scored for the usual complement of two violins, viola, and cello, and comprises four movements:
