Along the south coast of Jamaica, a number of small islands are located, such as the Port Royal Cays.

Along the east coast are the fishing villages of Kataraktis ( Καταρράκτης ) and to the south Nenita ( Νένητα ).

Along the Mediterranean, a narrow coastal plain stretches south from the Turkish border to Lebanon.

Along the south and west is Galveston Bay.
