Adopting the TNT aircraft management principle, Air Foyle and then its sister passenger airline Air Foyle Passenger Airlines operated a variety of aircraft including Boeing 737-200, 737-300, 727-200, Airbus A320 and A300 for a number of airline and virtual airline customers including EasyJet, Sunseeker, Sabre, Virgin Express, Debonair, Color Air, and Air Scandic from 1993 until 2000.

Many low cost carriers ( like EasyJet or Bmibaby ) continue to operate from Schiphol, using the low-cost H-pier.

By December 2002, EasyJet and Go operated under one Air Operators Certificate ( AOC ) and in April 2003 the airlines operated as one, fully under the EasyJet brand.

Although it was initially reported that Cassani might seek to block the deal with EasyJet, that did not happen.

The major users of this pier are Aer Lingus, Loganair and EasyJet.

In 1998 EasyJet started operations from the airport with flights to London Luton.
