The film ends with Bart killing Lamarr by shooting him in the groin at the " premiere " of Blazing Saddles outside Grauman's Chinese Theatre, saving the town, and then joining Jim inside the theatre to view the end of the movie, persuading people of all colors and creeds to live in harmony, before they hand in their horses and ride off ( in a limousine ) into the sunset.

After a funny stunt causes him injury ( the cliff plummet from " Bart the Daredevil ", after a montage of Homer injury clips ), Homer becomes addicted to prescription painkillers, Marge makes some senseless business investments, and Bart goes to rehab after attacking female flight attendants, being replaced on the show by Richie Rich.

Having bought Marge the same thing as Bart for Mother's Day Homer goes to Sprawl-Mart, and he buys her a " Kitchen Carnival " on the advice of Patty and Selma, a machine that produces cotton candy, caramel and deep fried things.

Refusing Marge's insistence that he not fight the bear, he sneaks out of the house, is joined by Bart, Lenny and Carl, and goes to fight the bear.

* In " The Day the Violence Died ", Swartzwelder is one of the " surprise witnesses " called by Lionel Hutz while Bart goes to the Comic Book Guy's store to get the framed Itchy drawing.

Bart goes to the concert after escaping from a window.

He then goes to Kirk's house to arrest him and return Bart home.

The game goes well for everyone ( especially Bart ), except for Homer, who is obviously still jealous of Ned.

The scene in which Homer goes out with Bart during Bart's nightmare to spend time with the boy, as well as the music accompanying the scene, parody an old anti-smoking public service announcement, while the church layout was taken from a Norman Rockwell painting.

While there, Groundskeeper Willie discovers that Bart has the power to read his thoughts and that if Homer goes insane, he should use this to call him.

After Bart and Lisa get in a food fight, Homer goes to Moe's, where the health inspector has come for his regular visit.
