Beyond Baroque Literary Arts Center, created by George Drury Smith in 1968, is the central literary arts center in the Los Angeles area.

The City Hall of Ocean Park-subsequently the City Hall of Venice-was on Venice Blvd, now the Beyond Baroque Theater.
