After its original run it has been shown repeatedly on PBS and satellite channels such as Telemundo in the United States, CBC in Canada, TV1 in Australia, TVB in Hong Kong, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central and ITV3, Cartoon Network on 11 June 2012, in the UK, Disney Channel Asia in Southeast Asia, TV3 in Malaysia, MediaCorp Channel 5 in Singapore, ABS-CBN in the Philippines and RCTI in Indonesia.

Continuing the Heisei Kamen Rider Series in order, after the success of Ryuki and 555 in the Philippines, Blade was shown on local TV station in GMA 7 and also on Cartoon Network Philippines, as well as reruns on TV5.

An English-dubbed version produced by Ocean Group aired by Cartoon Network Philippines on their Boomerang channel in 2008, though has not yet been released in The United States.

In 2008, Cartoon Network Philippines made an English version of the anime called " Ani-Yoko: My Next Door Neighbor "

The studio began in 1994 as a division of Hanna-Barbera Cartoons which was then focused on producing original programming for Cartoon Network, including latter-day Hanna-Barbera creations such as Dexter's Laboratory, Johnny Bravo, Cow and Chicken, I Am Weasel and The Powerpuff Girls.

However, the network commissioned new episodes of Family Guy that began in 2005 due to strong DVD sales and highly rated cable reruns on Adult Swim of Cartoon Network.

Starting in the 1960s, other cartoon studios began using the sound effects, including Nickelodeon Animation Studio, Universal Animation Studios, Disney Television Animation, Film Roman, MGM Animation, Cartoon Network Studios, DiC Entertainment, Hasbro Studios, Warner Bros.

They began running a mix of 1960s and 1970s Hanna-Barbera cartoons weekday evenings from 6 to 7 PM known as the USA Cartoon Express, and sports programming after 7 PM and rebroadcast that on overnights.

Shortly thereafter, it began airing its own original animated programming ( Cartoon Cartoons ) similar to Nickelodeon's.

However, Warner Bros. began to release DVD collections of classic cartoons in 2003 entitled the Looney Tunes Golden Collection with one of the cartoons ( Frigid Hare, which depicts a stereotypical Eskimo trying to kill a baby penguin, and was still seen on Cartoon Network as late as 2002 and featured as a DVD extra in March of the Penguins ) featured on the set uncut and uncensored.

During the first season, the creators of the show realized that Cartoon Network's parent owned Jonny Quest and began using the actual characters, including Jonny as a paranoid drug addict severely damaged by the constant danger his father put him in, Race Bannon as a OSI agent that Brock Samson calls " one of the best " until his death, and Hadji as a hard-working competent engineer for Rusty's successful brother Jonas Jr.

Nickelodeon banned the episode from airing ; the episode did not air in North America until Ren & Stimpy " Adult Party Cartoon " began in 2003.

In July 2011, Cartoon Network and producers Don Murphy and Susan Montford began developing a live-action film based on the series and its location is Los Angeles, California.

In September 2008, Cartoon Network began to run more commercials for Boomerang, including two that were seen on January 1, 2009.

Cartoon Planet began as an hour-long block of cartoons hosted by Space Ghost, Zorak, and Brak.

This began a close association with the Cartoon Network.

Cartoon alumnus Chuck Jones began producing a series of Looney Tunes specials at his Chuck Jones Productions animation studio, the first of which was Carnival of the Animals.

In 1998, as a result of the Turner deal, Cartoon Network was given the rights to the original 65 English-dubbed Sailor Moon episodes and began airing them as part of its then-action-themed Toonami block.

He began producing The Powerpuff Girls, which premiered as a short in 1995 on studio president Fred Seibert's animation incubator What a Cartoon !, and full half-hour episodes in 1998.

In 2004, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends began airing on Cartoon Network.

In Japan, the show began airing on Cartoon Network in English with Japanese subtitles in 2005.

A dubbed version began airing on TV Tokyo's Oha Suta block on October 6, 2005 and started to air on January 8, 2006 on Cartoon Network Japan.

On November 19, 2004, PUFFY's show Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi began airing on Cartoon Network in the United States.
