This group became Underwater Demolition Teams ( UDT ) ONE and TWO.

Over the next 20 years, Zerzan became intimately involved with the Fifth Estate, Anarchy: A Journal of Desire Armed, Demolition Derby and other anarchist periodicals.

They became heels while Demolition became faces when Mr. Fuji attacked Demolition at Survivor Series and aligned himself with the Powers of Pain.

In WWF, Demolition was three-time Tag Team Champions, and hold the records for both the single longest tag title reign and the most combined days as reigning champions.

At SummerSlam 1988, Hart accompanied Demolition and Mr. Fuji to help retain their WWF Tag Team title against the Hart Foundation.

The Road Warriors immediately signed with the World Wrestling Federation ( WWF ) in 1990 and were pushed into a feud with the most famous of all “ Road Warrior Clones ”, Demolition, a group which included their old training partner Barry Darsow.

Being a businessman, Animal went ahead and finished his contractual obligations with the WWF, as a singles wrestler and occasionally teaming with former rival Crush, formerly of Demolition.

Upon being named the Brain Busters, the team took Bobby " The Brain " Heenan as their manager and quickly began rising through the tag team ranks, eventually coming to challenge Demolition for the WWF Tag Team Championship.

The main matches on the undercard were a 20-man battle royal won by Bad News Brown, Demolition ( Ax and Smash ) versus Strike Force ( Tito Santana and Rick Martel ) for the WWF Tag Team Championship, Their next feud was with The Twin Towers ( Akeem and Big Bossman ), whom they defeated on February 3, 1989 edition of The Main Event.

Featured matches on the undercard were Rick Rude versus The Ultimate Warrior for the WWF Intercontinental Championship, The Hart Foundation ( Bret Hart and Jim Neidhart ) versus Greg Valentine and The Honky Tonk Man and Demolition ( Ax and Smash ) versus Powers of Pain and Mr. Fuji in a handicap match for the WWF Tag Team Championship.

They made their WWF debut at a television taping on June 18, 1988 and they faced tag teams such as Demolition, The Hart Foundation, and the Brain Busters for the rest of 1989.

Demolition is a professional wrestling tag team most prominent during the late 1980s and early 1990s in the World Wrestling Federation ( WWF ) made up of Ax ( Bill Eadie ), Smash ( Barry Darsow ), and later Crush ( Brian Adams ).

Randy Colley and Bill Eadie created the Demolition gimmick and worked for the World Wrestling Federation ( WWF ).

Demolition claimed victories over all of the established face tag teams in the WWF at the time, including the Killer Bees ( Jim Brunzell and B. Brian Blair ), The Rougeau Brothers ( Jacques and Raymond ), British Bulldogs ( Dynamite Kid and Davey Boy Smith ), The Young Stallions ( Paul Roma and Jim Powers ), The Islanders ( Haku and Tama ), and Can-Am Connection ( Rick Martel and Tom Zenk ).

Demolition defeated the Powers of Pain & Mr. Fuji in a tag team handicap match at WrestleMania V to retain the WWF Tag Team Championship.

On the November 4 edition of Superstars ( taped on October 2 ), Demolition defeated the Brain Busters to regain their tag titles and win their second WWF Tag Team Championship.

At WrestleMania VI, Demolition defeated the Colossal Connection to regain the titles and win their third and final WWF Tag Team Championship, and finally put an end to their feud with the Heenan Family.

Shortly after, Ax left the WWF, with the on-air explanation being an order from kayfabe WWF President Jack Tunney that there could only be two members of Demolition.

Following this match, Demolition would continue to wrestle in both the WWF and the SWS throughout the summer usually on the losing end of matches.

After leaving the WWF, Eadie began using the name Axis the Demolisher on the independent circuit and took in original " Smash " gimmick owner Randy Colley as well as Carmine Azzato under the name of Demolition Blast in an attempt to resurrect the Demolition name and gimmick.

In the mid 1990s, Bill Eadie filed a lawsuit against the WWF for the rights of the " Demolition " name and gimmick but lost.

On September 16, 2012, Demolition returned to Chikara, taking part in the tag team gauntlet match at the 2012 King of Trios tournament, from which they were eliminated by their old WWF rivals, The Powers of Pain.

They defeated the Hart Foundation for the WWF World Tag Team titles and held them for five months before losing to Demolition at Wrestlemania IV.

The Twin Towers moved on to defeat The Rockers at WrestleMania V, and feuded for most of the spring and early summer of 1989 with Demolition for the Tag Team Championship.

They won their second Tag Team Championship by defeating Demolition at SummerSlam 90 in a two out of three falls match.

In late 1989, the Rockers and the Brain Busters resumed their feud after the Brain Busters lost the WWF Tag Team Championship to Demolition.

In addition to matches pitting mid-and lower-card wrestlers against jobbers, other contests ( which were not televised ) saw " The American Dream " Dusty Rhodes defeat Big Boss Man, WWF Intercontinental Champion The Ultimate Warrior defeat Dino Bravo, The Colossal Connection ( Andre the Giant and Haku ) defeat WWF Tag Team Champions Demolition by countout, and " Mr. Perfect " Curt Hennig defeat Ron Garvin.

In 1987, he bought the contract of Demolition ( Ax and Smash ) from Johnny V. He then managed Demolition to the Tag Team Championship as well as bringing Killer Khan and Sika back to the WWF.

At WrestleMania V, Fuji teamed with the Powers of Pain in a 3-on-2 handicap match against Demolition for their Tag Team Championship.

The duo quickly captured the WWF World Tag Team Title from The Hart Foundation, holding it for five months before losing to Demolition at WrestleMania IV.

The team defeated Demolition for the WWF Tag Team Championship on July 18, 1989 ( aired July 29 on Saturday Night's Main Event ), ending Demolition's historic first reign, but lost them back to Demolition on October 2, 1989 ( aired November 4 on WWF Superstars of Wrestling ).

Though the Twin Towers never held the WWF Tag Team Championship, they did feud heavily with WWF World Tag Team champions Demolition at house shows while also feuding with the Mega Powers and throughout the summer and fall of 1989, with the Twin Towers and Slick advertising title match that night against Demolition while on Arsenio Hall's talk show.
