Unaware that he is dead and confused when nobody can interact with him, Chris lingers on Earth.

Unaware of what has occurred, Nightbeat is summoned to Earth by Optimus Prime.

The spin-off Enemy Territory: Quake Wars acts as a prequel to Quake II, when the Strogg first invade Earth.

Also presented was a short animated ' prequel ' to the story in the style of the upcoming feature-length film detailing the Martians ' ecological destruction of their own world ( which was originally made for the 1998 computer game Jeff Wayne's The War of the Worlds ) and their preparations to invade Earth, and including a short remix of " The Red Weed ".

Peter sends Ender away after the five-day League War ; Valentine, having spent her entire life with the brother she fears, joins Ender, leaving Peter as the only Wiggin child on Earth.

As first described in Ender's Game, and later, with more detail, in Shadow of the Giant, he communicates by ansible and tells Ender what he did on Earth, both good and bad.

The central character, Andrew " Ender " Wiggin, is one of the child soldiers trained at Battle School ( and eventually Command School ) to be the future leaders of the protection of Earth.

Ender Wiggin, who grew up on Earth thousands of years earlier and speaks American English natively, notes that Stark is very similar to English.
