Easts have won a total of 76 NSWRU premiership titles or shields across all grades, as well as 9 club championships.

To this day, Easts Rugby is the oldest district rugby union club in Australia.

Balmain reached the Grand Final again in 1945 but fell at the last hurdle against Easts 22-18.
