Council Member Roger Edge: Mr. Edge is a graduate of American University in Washington D. C., a U. S. Army veteran, and retired manager for Burlington Northern Railroad.
In the 1890s Edge was a sergeant with the Morris Guards, a private military organization based in Atlantic City, and at the beginning of the Spanish-American War in 1898, he volunteered the company for service in the United States Army.
