He also released Acoustic Cafe, an album, that with the exception of " You Have My Heart ," is a collection of covers ranging from Bob Dylan (" If Not For You ," " Make You Feel My Love ") to Cyndi Lauper (" Time After Time ").

Italy's Giorgio Moroder paired up with Donna Summer in 1977 to release the electronic disco song " I Feel Love ", and its programmed beats would be a major influence on the later synthpop sound.

* I Feel Pretty ( April 30, 1967 ) – The story of an ugly girl named Amanda ( performed by Jim Henson ) who tries to become beautiful and tries to change her looks using a self-help book in order to gain the affection of Conrad Love ( also performed by Jim Henson ).

Over the following years, Summer followed this success with a string of other disco hits, such as " I Feel Love ", " MacArthur Park ", " Hot Stuff " and " No More Tears ( Enough is Enough )".

" Her work with Moroder on the song " I Feel Love " has also been described as " really the start of electronic dance " music, by Moroder himself.

This album, again co-produced by Moroder and Bellotte, included her second top ten single, " I Feel Love ", which reached number six in the US and number one in the UK.

Her classic song, " I Feel Love ", was also inducted that night.
