The harder dolomite granite stones forms much of the rock of the escarpment cliffs along Bruce Peninsula National Park's Georgian Bay shoreline.

Wood and rock were obtained from the nearby mountains and the hotel was built in the Georgian architectural style, which experienced a revival in the early Twentieth century.

In earlier years ( as WIGO ), the station was a black talk-formatted station with studios located on the west side of the city, and well before that ( as WAKE ), a well-known rock station, with studios at the Georgian Terrace Hotel on Peachtree Street in downtown Atlanta.

William Greeneberry " Green " Russell was a Georgian who worked in the California gold fields in the 1850s.

Some Georgian architecture and Victorian era terraced housing survive in patches: for example Arbour Square, the eastern side of Stepney Green, and the streets around Matlock Street.

Loddon has many fine buildings ; from the 15th-century parish church of Holy Trinity, through the 18th-century " Loddon House " ( originally a mental institution ), to " Farthing Green House ", which is a good example of Georgian architecture.

Three new residential squares appeared on the southside, Merrion Square ( facing his residence's garden front ), St Stephen's Green and the smallest and last of Dublin's five Georgian squares to be built, Fitzwilliam Square.

Over half the Georgian buildings on St. Stephen's Green having been lost since the Georgian era, with many demolished in the 1950s and 1960s.

Considered the cultural quarter of the town, it houses The Green Dragon pub, The Green Dragon Studios ( recording studios ) and the Georgian Theatre – Britain ’ s oldest surviving Georgian theatre.

Theatres in the town include the ARC Theatre on Dovecot Street, the Globe Theatre ( currently under restoration ) at the north west end of the High Street and the Georgian Theatre, situated in the Green Dragon Yard.

The Georgian Theatre at Green Dragon Yard is also Grade II listed and is the oldest Georgian theatre in the country.

Today the hamlet keeps a strong identity in the town, with the roads of Walton Street, Walton Road, Walton Grove, Walton Way, Walton Dene and Walton Green all being in the vicinity of the hamlet, and other landmarks such as the Georgian Walton Lodge and the old village pond ( Bigg's pond ) still remaining.

Greenwich House — a two-storey Georgian home made from sandstone blocks — was built on the estate of George Green in 1836 and still stands on the corner of George and St Lawrence Streets.

Five major Georgian squares were also laid out ; Rutland Square ( now called Parnell Square ) and Mountjoy Square on the northside, and Merrion Square, Fitzwilliam Square and Saint Stephen's Green, all on the south of the River Liffey.

In 2005, the Museum opened its Tula Tea Room, a Russian-style tea room where Georgian tea, cookies, and crackers are served to patrons.

Several other Georgian era Irish country houses have been suggested as sources of inspiration for the overall floor plan, details like the bow-fronted south front, and interior details like the former niches in the present Blue Room.

As the castle was developed, work continued along Holland's Georgian range including the construction of the Guest Tower, the Arab Room, the Chaucer Room, the Nursery, the Library, the Banqueting Hall and bedrooms for both Lord and Lady Bute.

Two of the surviving buildings close to the dock at Millbay are the red brick Portland stone-faced Georgian assembly room that is still called the Long Room, and the exquisite late Georgian or early Victorian Globe Theatre 300 metres north within the barracks.

However, several notable exceptions to this were the Georgian Room restaurant and seasonal Santaland, both on the 10th floor ( highest retail floor in the building ).
