Barlanark Greyfriars Parish Church is located at the junction of Edinburgh Road and Hallhill Road.

The competition, now held at Hallhill Healthy Living Centre on the second Saturday in May, attracts in the region of 70 – 80 entries from bands across Scotland and over 2000 visitors for the day.

They play their home games at Hallhill Healthy Living Centre and operate a 1st XV, 2nd XV and various school teams.

Kentish Town Road contains one of London's many disused Tube stations.

It contains Portobello Road Market, one of London's best known markets, containing an antique section and second-hand, fruit and veg and clothing stalls.

Pinner contains a large number of homes built in the 1930s Art Deco style, the most grand of which is the Grade II listed Elm Park Court at the junction of West End Lane and Elm Park Road.

Van Buren Township, which contains Veedersburg, also includes Stone Bluff ; and Shawnee Township to the north of Van Buren holds the hamlets of Fountain ( on the banks of the Wabash ) and Rob Roy ( at the intersection of U. S. Route 41 and State Road 55 ).

The park contains Old Googarna Road past Mount Neville, and the Historic Nightcap Track to Mullumbinmby.

Celebration Park is located on Fieldstown Road on the western edge of the city and contains two soccer fields and a walking track, a " splash pad " water park for children.

Redfield contains three properties listed in the National Register of Historic Places: the Dollarway Road, West James Street Bridge, and Lone Star Baptist Church.

Bozrah contains three villages: Fitchville, the town center ; Leffingwell, a crossroads on Route 82 ; and Gilman, a mill village along Fitchville Road.

The Harmony Road Campus in the western part of the village contains Huntley High School and Leggee Elementary School.
