Back in the Isthmian League Division Three, major changes were made at Harlow Town in summer 1993.

In the 1997 – 1998 season Harlow moved up from Division Three by finishing third, four points ahead of fourth-place Camberley Town ( with whom they tied 2 – 2 on the last day of the season ).
