* In the Justice League Unlimited episode " Hunter's Moon ", it is revealed that the remainder of the Thanagarian army was attacked by the Gordanians and Hro Talak sacrificed his life to destroy one of their ships leaving those that were with Hro to flee to another planet where they plot revenge against Hawkgirl when she lands in their trap with Vixen and Vigilante.

* In the Justice League episode " Legends ", League members Green Lantern ( John Stewart ), Hawkgirl, Flash, and Martian Manhunter team up with the Justice Guild of America.

In 2006, Johns wrote the Justice League Unlimited episode " Ancient History ", which starred Hawkman, Hawkgirl, Vixen, Shadow-Thief and the John Stewart Green Lantern.

Fate's team in the episode is a pastiche of Marvel's Defenders, with Grundy standing in for the Incredible Hulk, Aquaman standing in for Namor, Doctor Fate standing in for Doctor Strange, and Hawkgirl standing in for both Valkyrie and Nighthawk.

In " Hunter's Moon ", Vigilante mentions that he was imprisoned by the Thanagarians during their invasion, which temporarily brought him at odds with Hawkgirl, who was leading the mission in the episode.

The Midway City Museum is the site of a battle between Hawkman, Hawkgirl, Vixen, and the Shadow Thief, in the Justice League Unlimited episode " Ancient History ".

Catman and Huntress are potential romantic interests, Scandal finds an enemy in Hawkgirl, and Barda and Knockout have a longstanding rivalry.

Hawkgirl ( who was claustrophobic which is revealed in a battle with Luminus ) was trapped in a coffin and buried alive.

He, Lex Luthor, and Key raid the Blackhawks old base and battle Hawkgirl, Flash, Fire and a retired Blackhawk and are able to get away by putting the base on self-destruct which is aborted.

While Green Lantern and Hawkgirl bring down Loomis and his army of traffic-light-men, his rampage is just a distraction while Luthor breaks Kryptonite Man out of prison.

She is based on Black Canary and later on Hawkgirl in DC Comics.
