Craig Edward Moncrieff Brown ( born 23 May 1957, Hayes, Middlesex ) is a British critic and satirist from England, probably best known for his work in Private Eye.

His chief work is a Historia Francorum, or Libri v de Gestis Francorum, which deals with the history of the Franks from the earliest times to 653, and was continued by other writers until the middle of the twelfth century.

His most notable work during this period was three animated TV adaptations of short stories from Rudyard Kipling's The Jungle Book: Mowgli's Brothers, The White Seal and Rikki-Tikki-Tavi, and a famous commercial for Kia-Ora which can be found here http :// www. youtube. com / watch? v = 5LvLn9PWln8.

In 1954 the work of Kenneth Clark and his wife on the effects of segregation on black and white children was influential in the Supreme Court case Brown v. Board of Education.

The ABC was largely forgotten until it became the focus of the lawsuit Honeywell v. Sperry Rand, the ruling of which invalidated the ENIAC patent ( and several others ) as, among many reasons, having been anticipated by Atanasoff's work.

But 28 years later, in an appearance on MSNBC television, Falwell said he was not troubled by reports that the nominee for Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court, John G. Roberts ( whose appointment was confirmed by the U. S. Senate ) had done volunteer legal work for homosexual rights activists on the case of Romer v. Evans.

In the case Dawn Associates v. Links, Romero accused Russo of " appropriat part of the title of the prior work ", plagiarizing Dawn of the Deads advertising slogan (" When there is no more room in hell [...] the dead will walk the earth "), and copying stills from the original 1968 film.

Town of Pawlet ( 1823 ), in which an English corporation dedicated to missionary work, with land in the U. S., sought to protect its rights to that land under colonial-era grants against an effort by the state of Vermont to revoke the grants.

Construction work began in 1734 to Woods plan but disagreements between Wood and Allen led to his dismissal and his Clerk of Works, Richard Jones, replaced him and made some changes to the plans particularly for the east wing.
