Hwang Young-cho ( Hangul: 황영조, Hanja: 黃永祚 ) ( born March 22, 1970 in Samcheok, Gangwon-do, South Korea ) is a former South Korean athlete, winner of the marathon race at the 1992 Summer Olympics and 1994 Asian Games.
