In 1974, Osco's headquarters were relocated from Franklin Park, Illinois to a new facility at 1818 Swift Drive in Oak Brook, Illinois.

And at a meeting on November 10, 1818, influenced more or less doubtless by the action of the Franklin County Association of Congregational Ministers, and the Convention of Congregational and Presbyterian Ministers in Amherst, the board of trustees resolved that it was expedient to remove the college on certain conditions.

Franklin County was established on February 6, 1818.

Benjamin Franklin Butler ( November 5, 1818 – January 11, 1893 ) was an American lawyer and politician who represented Massachusetts in the United States House of Representatives and later served as the 33rd Governor of Massachusetts.

In 1818 he served under Lieutenant ( afterwards Sir ) John Franklin in David Buchan's Arctic expedition, of which at a later period he published a narrative.

Rawnsley was born at the rectory, Shiplake, Oxfordshire, England, the fourth of ten children of the Rev Robert Drummond Burrell Rawnsley ( 1817 – 1882 ) and his wife, Catherine Ann, née Franklin ( 1818 – 1892 ).

The first three parts of the Autobiography were first published together ( in English ) by Franklin's grandson, William Temple Franklin, in London in 1818, in Volume 1 of Memoirs of the Life and Writings of Benjamin Franklin.
