Cyril Northcote Parkinson ( 30 July 1909 – 9 March 1993 ) was a British naval historian and author of some sixty books, the most famous of which was his bestseller Parkinson's Law, which led him to be also considered as an important scholar within the field of public administration.

Berry ( born December 7, 1909 in The Bronx, NY ; died December 19, 2004 in Camarillo, California ), who had been project manager of the " Spruce Goose " and flew on its only flight with Howard Hughes, and Clara Lorentze Mustad Berry ( born September 2, 1919 in Bergen, Norway ; died July 9, 2009 ).

On July 12, 1909, the resolution proposing the Sixteenth Amendment was passed by the Sixty-first Congress, and was submitted to the state legislatures.

The constitutional amendment took effect July 10, 2011. This amendment shifted back to the ordaining body the responsibility for making decisions about whom they shall ordain and what they shall require of their candidates for ordination.

In 1970, a serious of reforms ( both constitutional and military ) were brought up by President General Yahya Khan by first dissolving the West Pakistan on July 1, 1970.
