Set in 1986 in Vice City, a fictional city modeled after Miami, the story revolves around Mafia hitman Tommy Vercetti, who was recently released from prison.

Tommy Vercetti, a member of the Liberty City mafia, has been just released from prison in 1986 after serving only 15 years for killing eleven men.

Tommy becomes the head of his own organization, the Vercetti crime family, and the more powerful and rich Tommy becomes, the more Lance begins to exhibit paranoid and sociopathic behaviors, to the point that he begins to abuse his own bodyguards and constantly calls Tommy in states of hysteria.

When Sonny and his henchmen arrive at the Vercetti Estate, Tommy attempts to give them their tribute in counterfeit money.

He is also known for starring as the protagonist, Tommy Vercetti in the video game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

In addition to his film roles, Liotta portrayed singer Frank Sinatra in the 1998 TV movie The Rat Pack ( for which he received a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination ) and provided the voice of Tommy Vercetti for the 2002 video game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Tommy Vercetti, having just been released from prison, was dispatched to Vice City in 1986 by Sonny Forelli, who was shown inside the Forelli-run Marco's Bistro at Saint Mark's, Portland, Liberty City.

The title of the film was later used as a title of a mission in the 2002 video game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, where the main character Tommy Vercetti is voiced by Ray Liotta.

The phone is well known for being used by Gordon Gekko in Wall Street, Zack Morris in Saved by the Bell and Tommy Vercetti in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

While Tommy waits for the outcome of Cortez's investigation he meets British record producer Kent Paul, real estate mogul Avery Carrington and local free-lance criminal Lance Vance, Victor's brother and business partner who is also seeking revenge.

Tommy initially continues the status quo to prepare for his attack, but his hand is forced when Lance attempts to take revenge by himself and fails, forcing Tommy to rush across the city and rescue him.

With Diaz dead, and Colonel Cortez fleeing the country to escape arrest, the established drug empires in Vice City quickly crumble and Tommy and Lance personally take over, becoming Vice City's cocaine kingpins.

In the game's climax, Tommy stands alone as Lance, Sonny, and Sonny's henchmen raid Tommy's Mansion.

Tommy first chases, ridicules, and finally kills Lance then storms downstairs where he faces off with Sonny.

Hart was the subject of the song " Wimpbusters ", which was sung by Lawler to the tune of the popular hit Ghostbusters by Ray Parker, Jr .. A music video was also made, featuring Lawler, legendary announcer Lance Russell, and wrestlers such as Randy Savage, Jimmy Valiant, Dutch Mantel, Tommy Rich, and Rufus R. Jones, along with footage of " The King " beating Hart and his " First Family.

He eventually became a face and allied with former nemesis Tommy Dreamer against The Impact Players ( Justin Credible and Lance Storm ), defeating them at Living Dangerously before finally leaving for WCW due to differences with Paul Heyman.

Around this time, Hart became known as " The Wimp ", a nickname given to him by Lawler and chanted by fans, and was the subject of the song " Wimpbusters ," which was sung by Lawler to the tune of " Ghostbusters " by Ray Parker, Jr .; a music video was also made featuring Lawler, announcer Lance Russell, and wrestlers such as Randy Savage, Jimmy Valiant, Dutch Mantel, Tommy Rich, and Rufus R. Jones, along with footage of Lawler beating Hart and his " First Family ".

The singers on the show are Tommy Blaize, Hayley Sanderson, Lance Ellington and Andrea Grant.

Later that night, during a tag team match pitting Chris Jericho and Kane against WCW's Lance Storm and Mike Awesome, former Extreme Championship Wrestling ( ECW ) stars Rob Van Dam and Tommy Dreamer interfered and attacked Jericho and Kane.

The documentary features interviews with various performers who worked in the promotion including co-founder and former owner Paul Heyman as well as performers Tazz, Tommy Dreamer, Dawn Marie, Stevie Richards, Mick Foley, Chris Jericho, Lance Storm, Rey Mysterio, Eddie Guerrero, Chris Benoit, Rob Van Dam, Rhyno, Nunzio, Spike Dudley, Bubba Ray Dudley and D ' Von Dudley.
