Inter IKEA Systems B. V. in Delft, also in the Netherlands, owns the IKEA concept and trademark, and there is a franchising agreement with every IKEA store in the world.

The INGKA Group ( not to be confused with INGKA Holding B. V .) is the biggest franchisee of Inter IKEA Systems B. V. Inter IKEA Systems B. V. is not owned by INGKA Holding B. V., but by Inter IKEA Holding S. A. registered in Luxembourg, which in turn is controlled by the Interogo Foundation in Liechtenstein.

While most IKEA stores operate under the direct purview of Ingka Holding and the Ingka Foundation, the IKEA trademark and concept is owned by an entirely separate Dutch company, Inter IKEA Systems.

Every IKEA store, including those run by Ingka Holding, pays a franchise fee of 3 % of the revenue to Inter IKEA Systems.

The ownership of Inter IKEA Systems is exceedingly complicated and, ultimately, uncertain.

Inter IKEA Systems is owned by Inter IKEA Holding, a company registered in Luxembourg.

Inter IKEA Holding, in turn, belongs to an identically named company in the former Netherlands Antilles that is run by a trust company based in Curaçao.

The company responsible for this liquidation traces back to the Interogo Foundation in Liechtenstein Ingvar Kamprad has confirmed that this foundation owns Inter IKEA Holding S. A. in Luxembourg and is controlled by the Kamprad family.

Stores elsewhere in the country including South Australia and Western Australia are owned by Cebas Pty Ltd. Like elsewhere, all stores are operated under a franchise agreement with Inter IKEA Systems.

The foundation's nonprofit status also means that the Kamprad family cannot reap these profits directly, but the Kamprads do collect a portion of IKEA sales profits through the franchising relationship between INGKA Holding and Inter IKEA Systems.

IKEA has refused to explain these charges, but Inter IKEA Systems appears to make large payments to I. I.

Kamprad also created a company called Inter IKEA Systems B. V., which owns IKEA concept and trademark.

His collected papers are held in trust at the Fernós-Isern room at the Inter American University Law School in Hato Rey, San Juan.

During his eleven seasons at the club, he helped them to a series of top five finishes in England's top division and played in the club's UEFA Cup run in the 1993-94 season, though he missed the match in which Norwich were eliminated from the competition-against Inter Milan in the San Siro-through suspension, due to his having collected two yellow cards in the tournament.

The Russian company paid $ 26 million to AES for Telasi and in return AES paid off $ 60 million of Telasi debt, in effect paying Inter RAO UES $ 34 million to take Telasi off their hands.

However, under his leadership Inter has since clinched 5 Serie A titles ( 2005 – 2006, 2006 – 07, 2007 – 08, 2008 – 09, and 2009 – 10 ), 4 Coppa Italia titles ( 2004 – 05, 2005 – 06, 2009 – 10, 2010 – 11 ), 4 Supercoppa Italiana titles ( 2005, 2006, 2008, 2010 ), 1 UEFA Cup ( Europa League )( 1998 ) 1 UEFA Champions League title ( 2010 ) and 1 FIFA Club World Cup title ( 2010 ).
