Ray Lyman Wilbur ( April 13, 1875 – June 26, 1949 ) was an American medical doctor who served as the third president of Stanford University and the 31st United States Secretary of the Interior.

Dean of the Stanford University School of Medicine from 1911 to 1916, Wilbur served as president of Stanford from January 1, 1916 until 1943, including during his period as Secretary of the Interior.
