The lone skit he appeared in was " The Secret Knock " sketch, wherein Lefty had to knock three times to gain entry to his boss ' hideout.

Also added to the cast was Beverly Archer, who played the new character of Iola Boylan, the family's prissy neighbor ; she was known for her catchphrase, " Knock, knock!

" Knick knock " or " Knicker-knocking " is commonly used in the Pittsburgh area of Pennsylvania and " Knock n ' Run " and " Knock Knock, Zoom Zoom " is commonly used in the New Jersey / Philadelphia area as well as in Liverpool, England.

Two lovers, Knock Knock ( Ball ) and Who's There ( Stiles ) confront their difficulties communicating with each other by telling knock knock jokes.

Knock, and in late 1924 the theatre also premiered the Ballets suédois production of Francis Picabia's " instantaneist " ballet Relâche, with music by Erik Satie.

All of Beyoncé's music videos have been retired as well as " Love " by Keyshia Cole, " You " by Lloyd ft. Lil Wayne and " Knock You Down " by Keri Hilson ft. Ne-Yo & Kanye West have been retired.

Merriman appears in Keri Hilson's " Knock You Down " music video and made a special appearance at WWE's One Night Stand 2008 on June 1, 2008, where he hit superstar Chavo Guerrero with a Singapore Cane.

Evil – performing in a parody of a hip hop music video (" Hard Knock Life " by Jay-Z – performs an entire verse that is blanked out.

Ana Matronic ran a weekly cabaret event known as Knock Off at a club called the Slipper Room in New York, where she liked to hire eccentric and alternative acts ; one reporter described it as a place that " served up a racy, multigender revue of kitsch ," and that a performer dressed as a giant vagina " enfolded me with her labia while singing " Lick Me in My Wet Spot " to the tune of " Hit Me With Your Best Shot ".

It also spawned a UK number ten hit in Bowie's cover of " Knock on Wood ".

Kaye starred in several movies with actress Virginia Mayo in the 1940s, and is well known for his roles in films such as The Secret Life of Walter Mitty ( 1947 ), The Inspector General ( 1949 ), On the Riviera ( 1951 ) co-starring Gene Tierney, Knock on Wood ( 1954 ), White Christmas ( 1954, in a role originally intended for Fred Astaire, then Donald O ' Connor ), The Court Jester ( 1956 ), and Merry Andrew ( 1958 ).

The treatment contrasts with the 1954 Danny Kaye vehicle, Knock on Wood, which turns on the similar theme of a ventriloquist who can express his true self only through his dummy.

There was an Iron Age fort on Dun Knock ( no visible remains ) and a 1st century Roman camp at Kincladie ( part of the rampart and ditch survive in Kincladie Wood ).

In the film, Wilson as Sam performs several other songs for the cafe audience: " It Had To Be You ", " Shine ", " Knock On Wood ", " Avalon " and " Parlez-moi d ' amour ".

Knock on Wood is a 1954 comedy starring Danny Kaye and Mai Zetterling.
