Perhaps the most famous track from the album is " Don't Worry, Kyoko ( Mummy's Only Looking for Her Hand in the Snow )," an ode to Ono's kidnapped daughter.

As he is about to move out, he is stopped at the door by the young and beautiful Kyoko Otanashi, who announces she will be taking over as manager.

Later, Godai and the other tenants find out that despite her young age, Kyoko is a widow who had married her high school teacher, but tragically her teacher died shortly after their marriage.

Mitaka quickly declares his intention to court Kyoko and states that he is very patient, and can wait until her heart is ready.

But through a series of misunderstandings, he is seen by Kyoko and Mitaka walking with the cute and innocent Kozue Nanao.

Just when he is about to propose to Kyoko, his family begins to goad him into a marriage with the pure and innocent Asuna Kujo.

Feeling the pressure from his family, Mitaka begins to pursue Kyoko with increased aggression, but he slowly realizes that she has actually already decided on Godai, and is just waiting for him to find a job and propose.

The seductive Akemi, sensing that Kyoko is still hesitant, threatens to seduce Godai if Kyoko doesn ’ t want him.

The story ends as Godai and Kyoko arrive home with their newborn daughter, Haruka, and tell her that Maison Ikkoku is the place where they first met.

Julian Lennon is his half-brother and Kyoko Chan Cox is his half-sister.

It is revealed that Kyoko was involved with a television production filmed at a haunted house-the house of the Saekis in Nerima.

* Sumi Shimamoto ( born 1954 ) is an anime voice actress, best known for playing Kyoko Otonashi in Maison Ikkoku and Nausicaa in Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind.

He is close to Kyoko and is protective of her.

Shuji's haircut is chosen for the magazine, but Kyoko feels ashamed when she sees it.

Kyoko is worried because she and Shuji live in completely different worlds.

Some characters, such as Momo, Garr, and Peco, are re-cast, now voiced by Kotono Mitsuishi, Akio Ōtsuka, and Yukiko Matsuura respectively, while Kappei Yamaguchi now performs as both child and adult Ryu, and Kyoko Hikami returns as the voice of Nina, who also sings the album's image song, " Harmonica ".

He also performed this song, along with " Don't Worry Kyoko ", at the Lyceum Ballroom with George Harrison, Keith Moon, Eric Clapton, and others.

The story focuses primarily on the gradual developing relationships between Yusaku Godai, a poor student down on his luck, and Kyoko Otonashi, a young, recently-widowed boarding house manager.

A TV special aired in May 2007 on TV Asahi starring Taiki Nakabayashi as Yusaku Godai and Misaki Ito as Kyoko Otonashi.

After she calms down a bit, Kyoko comes back to check on the house and runs into the other tenants.

An eleven-minute-long original video animation ( OVA ) based on the manga series, Time Stranger Kyoko: Leave it to Chocola, was released in Japan in 2001 at Shuiesha's " Ribon Festival ".

Time Stranger Kyoko was listed at 48 on a list of the top 50 manga for summer 2008, which reflected sales for May, June, and the first half of July 2008.
