Ladytron have toured extensively since the release of their second album, Light & Magic.

Ladytron have opened for other artists like Soulwax on their UK tour in 2001, Björk in 2003, and Goldfrapp in 2006.

More recently acts such as electro-rock outfit Panico have come to the forefront of Chilean music on the international stage, playing alongside internationally known bands such as Franz Ferdinand, Less Than Jake and Ladytron.

Kings Have Long Arms have collaborated with Philip Oakey from The Human League on the track " Rock and Roll is Dead ", Marion from The Lovers and Mira from Ladytron.

It was recorded with Ken Thomas ( known for his work with Sigur Rós, The Sugarcubes, Boys in a Band, Cocteau Twins, and Suede ), Ewan Pearson ( who has also produced for Tracey Thorn, The Rapture and Ladytron ) and Morgan Kibby ( of The Romanovs ).

" ( samples Lil Louis's ' French Kiss ') and " Superfreak ( Freak )" and has also gained a lot of attention for his remixes of FC Kahuna, Paul Oakenfold, Moby, Towa Tei, Ladytron and Depeche Mode, among others.

He has created remixes for Massive Attack, Rammstein, Siobhan Fahey, Ladytron, Adam Freeland, dEUS, Kasabian and more recently Reverend and the Makers.

Using the moniker Ladytron, they recorded the debut single " He Took Her to a Movie " for £ 50 with the guest vocalist Lisa Eriksson, who later formed the band Techno Squirrels.

Also in 2001, Ladytron covered The Human League ' song " Open Your Heart " for the compilation album Reproductions: Songs of The Human League.

Yorke also sang covers of the Roxy Music songs " 2HB ", " Ladytron " and " Bitter-Sweet " for the 1998 film Velvet Goldmine, as part of Venus in Furs.

Casey also wrote the Ladytron oneshot, a farsic rendition of her past, as well as a Mister Majestic ongoing series which ran for nine issues.

Ladytron were early fans of the band and invited the quartet for a performance at their Liverpool club before reworking " Like Eating Glass " for the release.

The remix album was released in November 2008 and included Soft Cell tracks remixed by such acts as Paul Dakeyne, The Grid, Manhattan Clique, Cicada, Richard X, Ladytron, MHC, Atomizer, Mark Moore, Kinky Roland, Spektrum, George Demure, Yer Man, The Dark Poets and many more.

Softcore Jukebox, released on 7 October 2003, is a compilation put together by the members of Ladytron and showcases many different genres, from rock to hip-hop.

It was pioneered by I-F with their track " Space Invaders Are Smoking Grass " ( 1998 ), and pursued by artists including Felix da Housecat, Peaches, Chicks on Speed, and Ladytron.

Among the artists featured on the label were Ladytron, Arling & Cameron, Money Mark, Ugly Duckling, and Fantastic Plastic Machine.

Keith York is a professional session drummer who has toured and sessioned throughout the world and worked with a range of bands, including Pitchshifter, The Lightning Seeds, Bivouac, Ladytron, and Esoteric, Bentley Rhythm Ace, Broadcast and Love Amongst Ruin.

In 2003 – 04 it began to move into the mainstream with Ladytron, the Postal Service, Cut Copy, the Bravery and The Killers all producing records that incorporated vintage synthesizer sounds and styles that contrasted with the dominant genres of post-grunge and nu-metal.

During the early years, Ladytron were sometimes labeled as electroclash, but they rejected this tag.

It was also announced that the band would tour North America with British electronic group Ladytron during the spring.

Ladytron are an English electronic band formed in Liverpool in 1999.

Their name was taken from the song " Ladytron " by Roxy Music.

In 1999, Ladytron issued the EP Miss Black and Her Friends in Japan only, followed a year later by Mu-Tron EP.

On 6 February 2001, Ladytron released the debut album 604 on the Emperor Norton / Invicta Hi-Fi labels.

In 2001, Ladytron performed at the music festivals La Route du Rock in France and Benicàssim in Spain.

On 4 December 2002, Ladytron returned to John Peel Show and performed live the songs " True Mathematics ", " Evil ", " USA vs. White Noise " and " Blue Jeans ".

Ladytron released their critically acclaimed third studio album, Witching Hour, on 3 October 2005 on Island label.

Without any real label support, Ladytron toured exhaustively over the next two years.

In the same year Ladytron recorded The Harmonium Sessions, which contained four songs from their third studio album, performed unplugged.

Ladytron were subsequently dropped by Island Records.

On 2 June 2008, Ladytron released their fourth album Velocifero on Nettwerk.

In 2009, Ladytron toured North America with The Faint, and performed two special shows with Brian Eno at the Sydney Opera House.

In the same year, Ladytron self released their first live album Live at London Astoria 16. 07. 08.

The soundtrack of the video game FIFA 11 included a new Ladytron song, " Ace of Hz ", which was released as digital single on 30 November 2010.

During April 2011 and July 2011, Ladytron performed live in Austria, China, Russia, Finland, Sweden, Poland, UK, Ireland, Hungary and Spain.
