Temperature and salinity gradients can also lead to a circulation which does not add to the MOC itself.

Since 2005 Michael headed the construction of the first MOC shrines in Montenegro, but also in Serbia, where its supporter the " Crusader " Association of Ethnic Montenegrins is very active in Vojvodina.

MOC also lays claim to all Orthodox Christian property in Montenegro that is in possession of the Serbian Orthodox Church ( SOC ).

Serbia originally refused to allow MOC to be registered as an organization, as all official Orthodox Churches have also refused to recognize the MOC.

The MOC also has support of the pro-Ustasha Croatian Orthodox Community NGO, which aims at creating an autocephalous Croatian Orthodox Church for the Republic of Croatia, or rather reviving the one from the Axis Independent State of Croatia, an act which the MOC came up to as the first supporter.

MOC followers also present foreign early-20th-century travelogues as supposed proofs of the church's legitimacy.

A list with the names of several dozen donations — from Montenegro, USA, Slovenia, Australia and Switzerland — for the construction of a MOC shrine in Serbia has also been published.

It also houses the Mission Operations Centre ( MOC ) that includes the Remote Multi-Purpose Support Room ( RMPSR ) that is used to operate the MSS on-orbit in conjunction with the flight control and mission evaluation rooms at the Johnson Space Center as well as the Operations and Engineering Centre ( OEC ) which supports the flight controllers at JSC.

* The Helsinki Committee for Human Rights constantly reports about the violation of the religious freedoms and human rights of the members of the Orthodox Ohrid Archbishopric: The violation of several basic rights was the result of activities of a number of state institutions ( especially the Ministry of the Interior ) directed against not only the followers ( monks of the MOC who were supporting Vraniskovski ), but also against citizens who approve of him or had compassionate sentiments or attitude towards them.

According to the MOC, the Metropolia of Montenegro and the Littoral of the Serbian Orthodox Church ( SOC ), headed by Metropolitan Amfilohije Radović, has existed for only around eight decades, " or to be more precise, it has been there since 1920 when it was established as a structural and integral part of the Serbian Patriarchy in doctrinal, legal and organizational sense ".

Despite this, the MOC has claimed that it does not care about anyone's opinion outside its Council calling it irrelevant and is determined to forcibly reclaim their property in Montenegro, currently occupied by SOC.

In addition the University has 120 talents including top-level candidates of the “ thousands and hundreds talents project ” of the Ministry of Communications, scientific and technical talents of the MOC, top class academic and technological leaders of the Chongqing Municipality and provincial-ministerial-level specialists and experts, all entitled to governmental special allowances of the State Council.

The Orthodox Ohrid Archbishopric has been refused registration by the Macedonian State Religion Commission on the grounds that one group may be registered for each confession and that the name was not sufficiently distinct from that of the Macedonian Orthodox Church ( MOC ).

Support from the new directive Montenegrin authorities waned, and official Montenegro strictly separated itself from any support of the MOC, the country's President Filip Vujanović explicitly defends the SOC's stand.

Supported once only by the now disbanded Liberal Alliance of Montenegro, MOC found political support in the reigning side within the Social Democratic Party of Montenegro and the Croatian Civic Initiative and the Liberal Party of Montenegro in the opposition.

The MOC had original support of the unrecognized Macedonian Orthodox Church, which was latter withdrawn as the Macedonian Church entered negotiations for restoration into communion.

Political parties in Montenegro that so far officially stated support of the MOC are: the Liberal Alliance of Montenegro and minor Roman Catholic Croatian Civic Initiative, officially proposing it to be mentioned in Montenegro's new Constitution, which eventually did not mention it with its adoption in late 2007.

The declaratively secular state legalized its identification with a specific religious community Macedonian Orthodox Church, through the Parliament ’ s " Declaration for support of the autocephaly of the MOC " reached on 23 January 2004.

MOC returned more than 240, 000 images spanning portions of 4. 8 Martian years, from September 1997 and November 2006.

A high resolution image from MOC is either 1. 5 or 3. 1 km wide.

By 1997, the DPS regime in Montenegro led by Milo Đukanović began to distance itself from Milošević and Serbia, and MOC was registered in the Montenegrin police as a civic group.

By this time, LSCG had mostly distanced itself from MOC completely.

After becoming Metropolitan of the MOC in 1997, he was fully excommunicated by the Holy Synod of the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople from the Eastern Orthodox Church.

The Catalogue of Tzarigrad Patriarchy ( April 1855 ), Athens Sintagma, letter of Tzarigrad Patriarch Grigorius to St. Petar I Petrovic Njegos ( dated 29 January 1798 ), and against the claims of other documents, see here and here ( a list of historical documents ; external links are in Serbian ) are interpreted by the MOC that the Church of Montenegro was independent and autocephalous until Yugoslav regent Alexander I of Yugoslavia abolished it and incorporated, by the decree of 17 ( 30 ) June 1920, with Serb-Orthodox churches into a Serbian Orthodox Church, an act which received subsequently canonical recognition from the Ecumenical Patriarchate.

Lalatovic was immediately expelled from the MOC on the grounds of spreading unrest and immorality in the church, the MOC officially dismissing its connections with the formation of the COC.

In September 2008, Serbian Orthodox locals attempted to launch a blockade in the Nikšić area to prevent the MOC from building a church there.

This resolution is intermediate between large-scale images from the Viking Orbiters ( 150 to 300 meters per pixel ) and the high-resolution images from the Mars Orbiter Camera ( MOC ) on board Mars Global Surveyor ( 1. 5 to 3 meters per pixel ).

The second task takes a different approach and displays wider field views from the older MOC camera on Mars Global Surveyor.

On the other hand, only a CPLS can purchase MOC materials, and while they may sell these on to an independent MCT ( if they choose to ) for them to run a private class ( for participants from a single organization ), an MCT may not run public classes using MOC materials other than for a CPLS.

Construction of the first MOC shrine abroad, the Holy Church of Righteous Ivan Crnojević, is planned to take place in Lovćenac, Vojvodina, Serbia, with the help of the Association of Ethnic Montenegrins in Serbia Krstaš.

In April 2007 the " President of the Council for the promotion " of the MOC, Stevo Vučinić, was quoted as saying the " we MOC will retake of all the churches and chapels in the towns, and of course the village churches, and the monasteries ... we expect resistance, but in no case will we give up ".

With the death of the Head of the self-styled Montenegrin Orthodox Church Antonije Abramović in 1996, Sreten Perović introduced Miraš Dedeić to the Montenegrin Orthodox public and Dedeić expressed joy for the recreation of a MOC, explaining how he is angry at the horrible way the SOC treated him so far and particularly at his future prime opponent, Metropolitan Amfilohije of Montenegro and the Littoral.

The Montenegrin Orthodox Church ( MOC, Montenegrin: Црногорска православна црква, ЦПЦ / Crnogorska Pravoslavna Crkva, CPC ) is an Orthodox Christian organization acting in Montenegro and Montenegrin emigration circles-e. g.

LSCG, a party with a separatist agenda that had independent Montenegro as its aim, essentially used MOC in their overall political fight for Montenegrin sovereignty.

On January 17, 2001, MOC was officially registered as a non-governmental organization at the local department of the Montenegrin Ministry of the Interior.

At a General Montenegrin People's Assembly formed by the MOC in Cetinje on January 6, 1997, he was chosen by traditional public acclamation the Head of the Montenegrin Orthodox Church.

The MOC maintains claims that the SOC Metropotanate was installed in Montenegro only after the autocephalous Montenegrin Orthodox Church was dissolved in 1920 against the constitution and canon law.
