These recovered mathematical methods were later enhanced and developed by other Islamic scholars, notably by Persian scientists Al-Biruni and Abu Nasr Mansur.

Muhammad Abu Mansur al-Maturidi ( 853 AD-333 AH / 944 AD ) () was a Turkic Muslim theologian, and a scholar of Islamic jurisprudence and Qur ' anic exegesis.

Other Muslim scholars from the region include Imam Tirmidhi and Abu Mansur Maturidi who was one of the pioneers of Islamic Jurisprudence scholars and his two works are considered to be authoritative on the subject.
