UPEACE has been offering Master ’ s Degree Programmes at its Costa Rica campus for students from all parts of the world since its establishment.

The Faculty of Education and Humanities runs Master of Psychology programmes specializing in Social Psychology, Theoretical and Clinical Psychoanalysis, Clinical Psychology specializing in Family and Couples Therapy, and Cognitive Development specializing in Dynamic Learning Propensity Assessment Device ; Postgraduate courses in Clinical Psychoanalysis specializing in Adults, Clinical Psychology: Specialist in Transpersonal Humanist Psychotherapy, Psychomotricity, Specialist in Juvenile-Infant Clinical Psychology ; Specialist Programmes in Education ( Language and Communication, English as a Foreign Language, Artistic Education, Mathematical Education, Nature Study, Social Studies and Physical Education ); and Diplomas in Juridical and Forensic Psychology and an International Diploma in Sports Psychology.

It offers a variety of degrees, including Bachelor degrees in Law and Business, Master Programmes in Management, MBAs, EMBAs, as well as Executive Language Education.

The University runs 23 First Cycle Degree Programmes and 33 Second Cycle Degree Programmes, over 25 Specialist Master ’ s Programmes and 15 Research Doctorates.

The University of Glasgow, where Smith was Professor of Logic and Moral Philosophy, changed the name of its Department of Political Economy to the Department of Economics ( ostensibly to avoid confusing prospective undergraduates ) in academic year 1997 – 98, making the class of 1998 the last to be graduated with a Scottish Master of Arts degree in Political Economy.

The Faculties Economics and Business joined with the Faculty of Engineering through their Graduate Schools have developed an MBA programme with dual degree in Universitat Pompeu Fabra with specializations in Finance, Human Resources, Strategic Communication, Marketing and Quality Control and a Master in Finance ; Masters programmes in Educational Management, Organizational Development and Behaviour, Information Technology Management, Systems Administration and Business Administration.

* Master of Arts in Applied Economics

Serbiá has a Master ’ s Degree in Financial Economics from Trinity College in Connecticut.

* Honorary Master in Law and Economics of the IMADEC University, Vienna, Austria

Dreifuss obtained a Master of Economics of the University of Geneva and worked as a journalist at Coopération from 1961 to 1964.

In some cases the student's bachelor's degree must be in the same subject as the intended master's degree ( e. g. a Master of Economics will typically require a Bachelors with a major in economics ), or in a closely allied, " cognate ", discipline ( e. g. Applied Mathematics degrees may accept graduates in physics, mathematics or computer science ); in others, the subject of the bachelor's degree is unimportant ( e. g. MBA ) although, often in these cases, undergraduate coursework in specific subjects may be required ( e. g. some M. S. F.

The Münster School of Business Administration and Economics was the first one to establish Bachelor and Master degrees.

Additionally, many online advanced degrees in Software Engineering have appeared such as the Master of Science in Software Engineering ( MSE ) degree offered through the Computer Science and Engineering Department at California State University, Fullerton.

Master programs are offered in Business, Education, Nursing, Computer Science, and Political Science.

Warnock has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Philosophy, a Master of Science in Mathematics, a Ph. D. in Electrical Engineering ( Computer Science ), and an honorary degree in Science, all from the University of Utah.

The Faculty of Science offers programs leading to the Bachelor of Science ( BSc ), Bachelor of Computer Science, Bachelor of Mathematics, Master of Science, Master of Computer Science, and Ph. D.
