Geo TV ( trademarked GEO TV ) or Geo Television is a Pakistani television network, founded by Mr. Mir Shakil ur Rehman in May 2002 and owned by Independent Media Corporation.

Mir Khalil ur Rehman was the founder of the newspaper and his younger son, Mir Shakil ur Rehman, is the present owner.
