Moorabbin is serviced by a variety of Metlink public transport bus and train services including Moorabbin Station.

Moorabbin is classed as a Premium Station and is in Metcard < font color = blue > Zone 2 </ font >.

Moorabbin is located in a cutting, between Nepean Highway and Station Street, with station access from both.

Moorabbin Station opened on 19 December 1881 as South Brighton, and was renamed Moorabbin in 1907.
