The wedding of Anne Neville and Richard, Duke of Gloucester ( subsequently Richard III of England ) took place on 12 July 1472, at Westminster Abbey, and they made their marital home in the familiar surroundings of Middleham Castle, Richard having been appointed Governor of the North on the king's behalf.

On 19 May 1426 he was knighted at Leicester by John of Lancaster, 1st Duke of Bedford, the younger brother of Henry V. In October 1429 ( or earlier ) his marriage to Cecily Neville took place.

Unlike Hubert de Burgh, who lost his offices when Henry III attained his majority and took control of the government, Neville remained chancellor with only slight disagreements until 1238, although a confirmation of the lifetime nature of his tenure was made in 1232.

Although the king for the early part of his career, Henry VI, was head of the House of Lancaster, Stanley ’ s marriage to Eleanor, daughter of Richard Neville, 5th Earl of Salisbury ( a descendant of Edward III ) and sister of Richard Neville, Earl of Warwick (‘ Warwick the Kingmaker ’) in the late 1450s constituted a powerful alliance with the House of York.

After the break-up, Neville gained fame as part of The Neville Brothers, Modeliste toured with Keith Richards and Ron Wood, while Nocentelli and Porter " became in-demand session players and formed new bands.

The group notion started in 1976, when the four brothers of the Neville family, Art ( born 1937 ), Charles ( b. 1938 ), Aaron ( b. 1941 ), and Cyril ( b. 1948 ) got together to take part in the recording session of The Wild Tchoupitoulas, a Mardi Gras Indian group led by their uncle Big Chief Jolly.

At some point before 1422, the greater part of " Lincoln's Inn ", as they had become known, after the Earl, moved to the estate of Ralph Neville, the Bishop of Chichester, near Chancery Lane.

John Neville, 1st Marquess of Montagu KG ( c. 1431 – 14 April 1471 ) was a Yorkist leader in the Wars of the Roses, best known for eliminating Lancastrian resistance in the north of England during the early part of the reign of Edward IV of England.

If Neville had betrayed them, he certainly shared no part in their execution.

In the later part of his career, Neville was mainly engaged with defence of the northern border in his capacity as Warden of the West March ( 1403 – 1414 ).

Neville did not play the part that was assigned to him in Shakespeare's Henry V. During Henry V's absence he remained in charge of the north and was a member of the Council of Regency in 1415, during King Henry V's absence.

In Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1 Wright reprised the role of Ginny Weasley where her character outshines again as she plays the central role as she attends her oldest brother Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour's ( played by Domhnall Gleeson and Clémence Poésy ) wedding, sees concern for her family and fights the Death Eaters and also revived The Dumbledore's Army in the same film becoming the leader of the group alongside Neville and Luna and in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 her central role continues to be Harry Potter's love interest and she also takes part in the Battle of Hogwarts despite Harry Potter and Molly Weasley's disinterest, she later becomes the cause of the death of Bellatrix Lestrange ( played by Helena Bonham Carter ) and nineteen years later, her outshining character of Ginny finally becomes Harry Potter's wife and mother to their three children James ( played by William Dunn ), Albus ( played by Arthur Bowen ) and Lily ( played by Daphne de Beistegui ) and sees the children off to Hogwarts.

Salisbury was part of two parliamentary deputations which called on the Prime Minister, Stanley Baldwin, and the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Neville Chamberlain, in the autumn of 1936 to remonstrate with them about the slow pace of British rearmament in the face of the growing threat from Nazi Germany.

He then went on to try out for the part of Neville Longbottom.

Neville emerged as part of Alex Ferguson's youth-oriented side of the 1990s ( nicknamed Fergie's Fledglings, an updated take on the 1950s equivalent Busby Babes ) that included his brother Phil, Ryan Giggs, David Beckham, Nicky Butt and Paul Scholes.

On November 1538 Keeper of the Sewer Sir Edward Neville was beheaded for his part in the conspiracy.

Under Neville, the first signs that the chancery was becoming a department of the government, rather than just a royal department that was part of the royal household, began to emerge.

In 1965 Oz editor Richard Neville had a close encounter with Sydney's alleged " Mr Big " of organised crime, Lennie McPherson, a notorious criminal who was at that time well on his way to becoming Sydney's most powerful underworld figure, thanks in part to a systematic program of public assassinations of his rivals.

To differentiate Fifehead from other manorial holdings called Fifehead in Dorset ( Fifehead St. Quintin and Fifehead St. Magdelen ) the Neville part was added to the name.

These include: the Soul Rebels Brass Band, The Neville Brothers, Brian Seeger, Corey " Boe Money " Henry George Porter of The Meters, Dirty Dozen Brass Band and Skerik ( a saxophone player who is actually based in Seattle, Washington, but is part of Stanton Moore's side project Garage A Trois ), to name a few.

Watson was an integral part of the Everton side throughout the 1990s, and following the departure of goalkeeper Neville Southall in 1998 he became the club's oldest and longest serving player.
