In 1981, D ' Angelo married Italian aristocrat Don Lorenzo Salviati, the only son and heir of Don Forese Salviati, 5th Duke Salviati, Marchese di Montieri and Boccheggiano, Nobile Romano Coscritto, and his wife, the former Maria Grazia Gawronska.

His son Ascanio died as a captain of infantry in the battle near Mirov in September 1643, while second son Diego died in Italy, gaining the title " don " and becoming a " nobile " married to Nobile Donna Maria Anna Tarragona Ruxoto.

She was born in Ajaccio, Corsica, to Nobile Giovanni Geronimo Ramolino ( 13 April 1723 – 1755 ), Captain of Corse Regiments of Chivalry and Infantry in the Army of the Republic of Genoa, and wife Nobile Angela Maria Pietrasanta ( circa 1725 – 1790 ).

Norge, though Norwegian-owned, was designed and piloted by the Italian Umberto Nobile.

Despite the shortage of money, the Teatro Nobile ( Theater for Nobility ) was built in 1783.
