The Venue has played host to a huge range of acts in the past including Zane Lowe, Ministry of Sound, 5ive, Nero, Vengaboys, Pendulum, Coolio, Reggie Yates, B * Witched, Edith Bowman, S Club, and X Factor Stars.

Big international acts such as Rihanna, MGMT, Ke $ ha and Alicia Keys played as well as British acts like Biffy Clyro, Pixie Lott, Cheryl Cole, Pendulum and Dizzee Rascal.

In 2008 in support of the album, Pendulum played at numerous European music festivals and undertook their first tour of North America.

Pendulum played at the 2011 Download Festival, Oxegen, The Eden Sessions, Glastonbury Festival and T In The Park, V Festival, headlined Global Gathering, an exclusive London show at South West Four and finally headlined the first night of Bestival on the Isle Of Wight.

On 5th February, they played Summer Storm Festival, in Bangalore alongside, Theorized ( India ), Eccentric Pendulum ( India ), Nothnegal ( Malé ) and the headliner band Opeth.

The annual College Ball, organised primarily by the JCR, has a longstanding reputation for both the quality of the event itself but also the prominence of its headline acts: in 2010, this was the drum and bass artist Pendulum.
