From Memphis, the route follows Union Avenue and Poplar Avenue into Collierville.

There is also a Steiner school called ' Te Ra ' located on Poplar Avenue.

St. Joseph's Church, the oldest Roman Catholic church still standing on Staten Island, is located on Poplar Avenue in Rossville.
