Nevertheless, the Constitutional reform of 1992 that granted their right to exist, at the same time denied their right to gather or publicize their existence, The most important of these are the Christian Democratic Party of Cuba, the Cuban Socialist Democratic Current, the Democratic Social-Revolutionary Party of Cuba, the Democratic Solidarity Party, the Liberal Party of Cuba and the Social Democratic Co-ordination of Cuba.

When he returned to Paris, he also went on to Russia to participate in the International Congress of Writers ' Solidarity towards the Soviet Regime ( not to be confused with the First Congress of Soviet Writers of 1934, which solidified the parameters for Socialist Realism ).

On 29 August 2006, Tommy Sheridan announced his intention to leave the Scottish Socialist Party and found a new socialist political party called Solidarity.

The Socialist Workers Party have criticised the SSP for no longer being a broad and open mass party of the left, and cited this as one of their reasons for splitting from the SSP to form Solidarity.

Another group, mainly in Los Angeles, had been close to Breitman but did not agree to orient toward the SWP belonged briefly to Socialist Action but left to join the " regroupment " organization Solidarity.

Prominent Third Camp groupings include the Workers ' Liberty grouping in Australia and the United Kingdom and by the International Socialist predecessor of Solidarity.

The fusion conference, on May 9 and 10 1987, heard greetings from leaders of the Socialist Left in the German Green Party, the Fourth International and three US groups ( the Fourth Internationalist Tendency, Socialist Action and Solidarity ).

The Committee Against Investment in South Africa ( CAISA ) and numerous student groups including the Socialist Action Committee, the Black Student Organization and the Gay Students group joined together and succeeded in pressing for the first partial divestment of a U. S. university.

The Bureau of the Central Committee of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic ( RSFSR ) was established in 1956 as an organ whose sole responsibility was handling the affairs of the RSFSR.
