Sony Pictures Home Entertainment released all 9 seasons of Seinfeld on DVD in Regions 1, 2 and 4 between 2004 and 2007.

This partnership resulted in the Thomson PVR10UK, a stand-alone receiver released in October 2000 that was based on the original reference design used in the United States by both Philips and Sony.

In late August 2007, Sony released an email to customers of its Online Music Store ( Connect ) stating that Sony would shut down the service and begin to phase out the ATRAC codec on any future version of the Walkman portable device.
