Entombed is a Swedish death metal band which formed in 1987 under the name of Nihilist.
The first wave of " Swedish death metal " consisted of the bands Carnage and Nihilist, who fragmented later into Entombed, Dismember and Unleashed.
Also in 1994, Dregen met singer and guitarist Nicke Andersson who at that time played drums with Swedish death metal outfit Entombed.
