Currently TRD produces performance parts such as lowering springs and racing struts, full coilover suspension systems, performance brake kits, rear sway bars, front strut tower bars, limited-slip differentials, upgraded clutches, axle-back exhausts and cold-air intakes for the Scion tC.

Performance parts for Lexus vehicles are now labeled as F-Sport and performance Lexus models are labeled F to distinguish Lexus's F division from TRD.

Similar to many other models of Toyota / Lexus / Scion, there are many upgrades available through the in house tuning shop Toyota Racing Development ( TRD ).

Other cosmetic accessories such as TRD branded valve covers and oil caps are also offered.

There are currently two official branches of TRD: TRD Japan ( aka Toyota Technocraft ) and TRD USA.

TRD offers bolt-on headers, sport mufflers, and cat-back exhausts that are 50 state emission legal.

Three different packages are offered, one of which includes the TRD Supercharger.

* There are several aftermarket companies, like TRD and Quaife, who sell different gears for the T50 transmission.

They are currently being investigated as potential treatment for a range of conditions involving mental disability and disturbances such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, schizophrenia, Treatment-resistant depression ( TRD ) or neurological disorders such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder ( ADHD ), among others.

TRD made a body kit and rear wing for the Cavalier, available exclusively in Japan.

Toyota Racing Development ( TRD ) introduced a supercharger for the 3. 4 liter engine in 1997 and it became available for the T100, the Tacoma and the 4Runner with the 3. 4 liter V6 ( and later the Tundra ).

A Toyota Racing Development ( TRD ) supercharger was already available for the 3. 4-liter V6 ( 2000-2003 models ) that bumped horsepower to the range and of torque.

Although the V6 supercharger is still widely available, the V8 supercharger is rarer and harder to find because TRD stopped its production once Toyota released the updated VVT-i equipped 4. 7-liter engine.

A bolt-on TRD supercharger kit is available on the 2003 – 2004 Corolla, Matrix, and Vibe.

A TRD supercharger was available for the Scion tC until Spring 2009.

A bolt-on TRD supercharger kit is available on the Tacoma and FJ Cruiser.

Due to the success of the Super Saloon, Nissan Philippines introduced the Super Touring and GTS, to compete with the Toyota Corolla TRD ( limited edition ) and 160 hp Honda Civic SiR sedan.

A NASCAR Nextel Cup Toyota Camry developed by TRD and Team Red Bull.

Toyota Racing Development ( also known by its acronym TRD ) is the in-house tuning shop for all Toyota, Lexus, and Scion cars.

Toyota Team Europe ( TTE ) evolved into the Toyota Formula One Team ( also known as Panasonic Toyota Racing ) and is not under the control of TRD.

TRD Japan's Race Division concentrates on the Super GT Series ( JGTC ), All-Japan Formula Three Championship Series, ESSO Formula Toyota Series, and Netz Cup races ( Vitz Series ).

Toyota Australia introduced a TRD division in August 2007, with the supercharged Aurion V6, followed by a high-performance variant of the 4WD Hilux in April 2008.

According to Toyota Australia, there will not be a high-performance version of the Corolla being sold under TRD despite its popularity, instead speculation suggested a third model was likely to be a RAV4.

However, in December 2008 Toyota Australia announced it would be ceasing production of its TRD range.

Toyota also included a Down-Hill Assist Control ( DAC ) and Hill-Start Assist Control ( HAC ), with models that were equipped with the optional Toyota Racing Development ( TRD ) Off-Road package.

Toyota also updated the TRD Sport package and added a TRD Rock Warrior package.

TRD also offered a supercharger which is a rebadged Vortech supercharger that is capable of putting out, although when installed by a dealership and under warranty it is set at.

Prerunner Tacomas also had the option of the TRD Off-Road package which ( like the 4x4 ) got a rear differential locker if it was a V6 model ( among other suspension variations ).

TRD produces various tuning products and accessories, including performance suspension components, superchargers, and wheels.

TRD USA's Race Division concentrates on Championship Off Road Racing ( CORR ), NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, Grand-Am Cup Sports Touring, National Hot Rod Association ( NHRA ) Import Drags, and starting in 2007, NASCAR Sprint Cup and Nationwide Series.

A minor facelift came for 2009, including a slightly revised grille on some models, new LED taillamps, and on the X-Runner, TRD Offroad and TRD Sport models includes smoked headlamp trim.

A number of neuroanatomical targets have been utilised for deep brain stimulation for TRD including the subgenual cingulate gyrus, nucleus accumbens, ventral capsule / ventral striatum, inferior thalamic peduncle and the lateral habenula.

The small patient numbers in the early trials of deep brain stimulation for TRD currently limit the selection of an optimum neuroanatomical target.
