Starting with the 2006 season, the Texans wear all-white for their home opener and the team began to wear an all-blue combination for home games vs. the Indianapolis Colts.

Previous events were held in the Market Square Arena or the RCA Dome, but given the new stadium built for the Indianapolis Colts, Lucas Oil Stadium began hosting Final Four events in 2010.

These moves along with others saw the Colts began to turn around their fortune with a playoff appearance in 1995 and 1996.

The rivalry truly began heating up with the 1998 draft and the selections of Peyton Manning by the Colts and the ill-fated Ryan Leaf by the Chargers.

The 2007 schedule began on Thanksgiving night, November 22, with a game between the Indianapolis Colts and the Atlanta Falcons in Atlanta's Georgia Dome.

In the early morning hours of March 29, 1984, Mayflower moving vans began relocating the Colts from the team's Owings Mills training facility to Indianapolis.

On December 22, 1968, CBS interrupted coverage of a Western Conference championship game between the Minnesota Vikings and Baltimore Colts in order to show a broadcast from inside the Apollo 8 spacecraft, headed towards the moon ( the first manned space mission to orbit the moon, and a major step towards the lunar landing the following July ).

However, the Steelers were forced to advance the ball towards another score instead of taking a quarterback kneel because the Colts still had three timeouts remaining.

In a similar vein, Colts defensive end Bubba Smith would later refuse to wear his Super Bowl V ring because of the " sloppy " play.

However, the Colts responded by driving to the Steelers 29-yard line, and on the game's final play, Harbaugh threw a " Hail Mary " pass intended for wide receiver Aaron Bailey in the end zone.

By the end of the 1962 NFL season, Rosenbloom thought that the Colts had slipped and Ewbank was fired.

The Colts went on to score, and were able to get the ball back down three points near the end of the game.

Hill also starred in the Third Professional AFL-NFL World Championship Game ( Super Bowl III ), as the Jets decimated the right side of the Baltimore Colts ' defensive line with Ordell Braase at end against Hill and Fred Miller at tackle against Bob Talamini, so that Matt Snell gained 121 yards rushing in the Jets ' 16 – 7 upset victory.

His 14 season career with the Colts came to an end with Manning sitting out the entire 2011 season with an injury.

At the end of the year the Colts had an eye-popping 49-12-6-1 record for 105 points, and possessed two of the top scorers in the league.

At the end of 2008-09 season the Colts traded goaltender Michael Hutchinson to the London Knights in exchange for four draft picks which would later be traded for proven players during the next season's championship run.

The Colts were defeated in four games bringing an end to one of the best OHL seasons in history.

The Colts would remain in top spot until the end of the season, finishing with a league best record of 57-9-0-2.

At the end of the 2009-10 season, the Colts and Marty Williamson parted ways.

More significantly, the 1994 demise of both Colts left the Summit as the only remaining Mirage clone, and the cancellation of the Mirage sedan at the end of 1994 left the Summit as the only 4-door offering.

Conscious of the need to strengthen the Club, Yorkshire instituted a Colts team of young players, but replaced Iddison as captain at the end of the 1872 season.

On December 19, Gates tied the NFL season record for touchdowns by a tight end ( 13 ) in a 21 – 0 win over the Cleveland Browns, and he went on to break that record in an overtime loss to the Indianapolis Colts on December 26.
