The Complete Engravings, Etchings and Drypoints of Albrecht Durer.

Etchings made of the Tapestry in the 1730s show the standing figure with differing objects.

Collections include: The Luigi Kasimir Etchings, European and Oriental Art, The Kansas Prairie Printmakers and local and area artists.

He was included in the exhibition A New Spirit in Painting at the Royal Academy of Arts, London, in 2001 ; and held a solo show entitled Frank Auerbach Etchings and Drypoints 1954-2006 at the Fitzwilliam Museum, Cambridge, which toured to the Abbot Hall Art Gallery, Kendal, during 2007-08 ; and another solo show at the Courtauld Institute of Art, London, in 2009.

In late 2007, a collection of Freud's etchings titled " Lucian Freud: The Painter's Etchings " went on display at the Museum of Modern Art.

During his lifetime he issued a portfolio of seven plates, and in 1875 David Laing catalogued and published the complete series of his etchings and dry-points, supplying the place of a few copper-plates that had been lost by reproductions, in his Etchings of David Wilkie and Andrew Geddes.

In 1976, at Atelier Crommelynck, David Hockney created a portfolio of twenty etchings called The Blue Guitar: Etchings By David Hockney Who Was Inspired By Wallace Stevens Who Was Inspired By Pablo Picasso.

He was eighteen when his first designs were published, a quarto of four pages, entitled Etchings and Sketchings by A.

It wasn't until 1926 that Palmer's rediscovery began through a show curated by Martin Hardie at the Victoria & Albert Museum, Drawings, Etchings and Woodcuts made by Samuel Palmer and other Disciples of William Blake.

In the mid-1930s he took up lithography, making a print of Newhaven Harbour for the " Contemporary Lithographs " scheme, and a set of full-page lithographs for a book called High Street, with text by J. M. Richards.

He took up printmaking in a concerted fashion in the mid-1960s, when he produced his Suite of Twenty-Seven Lithographs ( 1964 – 66 ) with Maeght Éditeur in Paris.

Since then he has collaborated primarily with Gemini G. E. L .. His initial series of 28 transfer lithographs, entitled Suite of Plant Lithographs, marked the beginning of a corpus that would grow to 72 prints and countless drawings of foliage.

Oscar Spate, a displaced Londoner, convinced the Parks Commissioner, George Clausen, to allow him to pay the city $ 500 a year to put 200 cushioned rocking chairs in Madison Square Park, Union Square and Central Park and charge the public 5 cents for their use.

Among the composers who have written works for the ensemble are Douglas Allanbrook, Michael Brown, Bruce Clausen, George Heussenstamm, Warren Kellerhouse, Jiri Laburda, Robert Hall Lewis, Allen Molineux, Lawrence Moss, Jiri Pauer, Karl Pilss, Walter Ross, Jerzy Sapieyevski, Elam Sprekle, Robert Starer, George Walker and Robert Washburn.

Sir George Clausen RA ( 18 April 1852 – 1944 ), was an English artist working in oil and watercolour, etching, mezzotint, dry point and occasionally lithographs.

George Clausen was born in London on 18 April 1852, the son of a decorative artist.
