An IGN review felt the game lacked originality but enjoyed the detailed wall textures and outer space jump levels.

The editors of review aggregator websites Game Rankings, IGN and Metacritic have all given Ocarina of Time their highest aggregate scores.

Craig Harris, in his review for IGN, sarcastically expressed unease over the game's use of medicine.

RPGamer editor Anna Marie Neufeld criticized it for having " zero replayability " and " if nothing else, a good way to waste an afternoon or evening with the Wii IGN editor Lucas M. Thomas called the photo sharing feature a positive of its release, while criticizing its limited selection of Pokémon, similar to the review of the Nintendo 64 version from IGN.

IGN. com also gave the film a generally positive review, concluding that " you get exactly what you pay for " and that the film was overall very " enjoyable ".

An IGN review was more favourable, describing the plot as " super-intriguing " with high praise for the realism of the game's physics engine.

In his review of Red Hood and the Outlaws, Jesse Schedeen of IGN. com notes that Kenneth Rocafort's pencilling affords Scott Lobdell the opportunity to emphasize Starfire's sex appeal: " She alone seems to have been completely rebooted for the relaunch.

" In a review of episode 110 of the anime, IGN celebrated the culmination of the development of Sakura's character throughout the series, and the growing out of the " girly " personality.

The game has earned a review score of 9. 2 out of 10 from IGN.

Two reviews from Anime News Network have ranked it as a C, it received a C + review from MangaCast, a Den of Geek review gave it 3 / 5 stars, and an IGN review concluded it was " no better or worse many other shōnen titles " with " not much to separate it from the massive stock of shōnen series that are similar to it ".

IGN also placed the game at number 77 on its " Top 100 NES Games of All Time " feature.

IGN also rates the game's soundtrack, composed by Hirokazu Tanaka, as seventh in its list of the top ten greatest 8-Bit soundtracks.

IGN also called the fight between Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader in Return of the Jedi one the ultimate movie " boss battles ".

IGN Comics ranked The Dark Knight Returns # 2 on a list of the 25 greatest Batman graphic novels, second only to Batman: Year One, also written ( though not drawn ) by Miller.

Fellow IGN editor Lucas M. Thomas wrote that Rattata was in the same class as Pokémon such as Bidoof, Sentret, and Zigzagoon due to being an " early, easy catch ", " a Normal type, and can also be utilitarian in learning classic HM moves like Cut ".

IGN said that the game is a " recommended and playable adventure " but also said " don't expect the same gameplay from the truly classic Zelda titles.

IGN also ranked Nightcrawler as the 80th greatest comic book hero of all time describing Nightcrawler as a mutant with the appearance of a demon and the heart of a preacher ; IGN also states that as the X-Men enter one of their most uncertain periods, his legacy still looms large.
