It was mechanically related to the Rover 800 series, while the Integra was an improvement of the Honda Quint hatchback.

The CRX was the second car to receive a VTEC engine, shortly after the Integra, although the CRX was more popular and common.

The Honda Integra ( sold in some markets as Acura Integra ) was a compact luxury sports car, produced by Japanese automaker Honda from 1985 to 2006.
