There is a sizeable single storey Masonic Hall in St Nicholas Street, which is home to no less than seven Masonic bodies.

The first Temple established was Mecca Temple ( now known as Mecca Shriners ), established at the New York City Masonic Hall on September 26, 1872.

In many countries Masonic Centre or Hall has now replaced these terms to avoid arousing prejudice and suspicion.

The hall is now used as a Masonic Hall, and is home to four Masonic bodies :-

Welling is home to a refurbished reference and lending library with an IT educational and training room, free use of Internet and toilets, a Masonic Hall, a Martial Arts Academy, an Academy of Performing Arts, a Snooker Hall, Bellegrove Social Club and a Salvation Army Chapel.

The Tehama County Museum, housed in what was once the Masonic Hall, is located at the corner of C and Third Street.

In 1898, Witherspoon Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons, No. 111, Prince Hall Affiliate, The Witherspoon Lodge was founded in Mount Dora, and is one of the oldest still active African-American Masonic Lodges in FL.

Only the Masonic Hall, which housed the post office, was spared and it still stands to this day.

By 1895 these included a hotel, a bank, the Masonic Hall, and several stores.

In total, four of the five structures on the National Register in Orangeville, are found along High Street ; the Union House and the Orangeville Masonic Hall are the other two.

Located throughout the Grand Lodge are detailed, hand-laid tile storyboards depicting Masonic themes.

On March 17, 1981, a police raid on his villa in Arezzo led to the discovery of a list of 962 persons composed of Italian military officers and civil servants involved in Propaganda Due ( also known as " P2 "), a clandestine lodge expelled from the Grande Oriente d ' Italia Masonic organization.

The Masonic Lodge and police station were relocated out of the village, the Magistrates ' Court ceased to visit the village, and Grande Riviere estate was sold.

" The Elk Grove Masonic Building referred to by Tsukamoto was located in neighboring Elk Grove near a railroad station where the Florin residents were shipped in rail cars to distribution hubs.

The station was housed in the Masonic building on Auburn Avenue, then one of the wealthiest black neighborhoods in the United States.

It continues as King Street through Alexandria, passing by T. C. Williams High School, George Washington Masonic National Memorial, Union Station ( Amtrak and Virginia Railway Express ), and the King Street – Old Town Metro station.

As of 2008, the community has a post office, feed mill, a volunteer fire station, two churches, a Masonic hall and several houses.

The town's jail and high school were both damaged while the freight station, Masonic hall, and certain sections of town were " almost literally swept from the earth.

All of those first initiated by Smith on May 4, 1842, were longstanding or recent Masons: Adams was the Deputy Grand Master of the Masonic Grand Lodge of Illinois ; Whitney, Miller and Kimball had previously been Lodge Masters ; Smith's brother, Hyrum, had been a Mason since 1827, and the remaining five participants ( Law, Marks, Young, Richards, and Smith himself ) had been initiated as Freemasons just weeks before the meeting.

Later in 1928, at the age of 27 years, he published An Encyclopedic Outline of Masonic, Hermetic, Qabbalistic and Rosicrucian Symbolical Philosophy: Being an Interpretation of the Secret Teachings concealed within the Rituals, Allegories and Mysteries of all Ages, which is more commonly referred to as The Secret Teachings of All Ages.

A Freemason, Glenn is a member of Concord Lodge No. 688 Concord, Ohio and DeMolay International, the Masonic youth organization, and is an ordained elder in the Presbyterian Church.

He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Baptist Church.

After five years, the school, sponsored by the Masonic lodge, the Methodist Episcopal Church, South, and local patrons, was moved into Pea Ridge where, in 1880, a two-story brick schoolhouse was erected.

The Ashland Baptist Church, Village Hall, Masonic lodge hall, and Post Office remain the principal entities.

Gay, ( of the Masonic Society ); and Abraham Roberts, William D. Stephens, Robert D. Wright, William Mains and Dr. Henry McCollen, ( trustees of the Methodist Church ).

Rogers and his wife, Abbie Gifford Rogers, another Fairhaven native ( who was the daughter of the whaling captain Peleg Gifford ), donated many community improvements in the late-nineteenth-and early-twentieth-century, including a grammar school, an extraordinarily luxurious high school, the Town Hall, the George H. Taber Masonic Building, the Unitarian Memorial Church, the Tabitha Inn, the Millicent Library, and a modern water-and-sewer system.

* Quincy Center is the commercial and government center of the city where City Hall, Thomas Crane Public Library, the Old Stone Church, Quincy Masonic Building, and numerous office buildings and residential streets can be found.

* The Church of Christ ( also known as Revere Masonic Temple ) is a historic church building added to the NRHP in 1984.

Historic buildings and sites within the district include the Kingston town hall ; the Josiah Bartlett House, home of a signer of the U. S. Declaration of Independence ; the First Universalist Church ; the Sanborn Seminary ; The 1686 House restaurant ; the Masonic building ; the Cemetery at the Plains ( where Josiah Bartlett is buried ); and the Church on the Plains.

The Architecture of both the Whaler's Church and the Masonic Temple are attributed to prominent 19th century American architect Minard LaFever.

National Register of Historic Places in Atoka include the Atoka Armory Building, Atoka Community Building, Boggy Depot Site, First Methodist Church Building, the Indian Citizen Building, the Old Masonic Temple Building, the Middle Boggy Battlefield Site and Confederate Cemetery, Old Atoka County Courthouse, Old Atoka State BankPioneer Club, Joe Ralls House, Captain James S. Standley House and the Zweigel Hardware Store Building.

The second oldest building is the Methodist Church and Adams Masonic Lodge # 264 which was built in 1859.

He was a past president of the Lubbock and the Red Raider clubs, a former board member of First United Methodist Church in Lubbock, a past director of the Lubbock National Bank, and a member of the Masonic lodge.

In Kelowna he joined the local Gyro Club, Masonic Lodge, the Kelowna Club, and was active in the United Church of Canada.

Aldridge has a cricket and hockey club called " The Stick and Wicket ", located on the green behind The Parish Church and the Masonic Hall.

In 1894 he was threatened with expulsion from the Masonic Grande Oriente d ' Italia for being too friendly towards the Catholic Church.

At various times he served as a council member, Postmaster, President of the Bank of Pensacola's Apalachicola Branch, Secretary of the Masonic Lodge, and was one of the founding vestrymen of Trinity Episcopal Church.

In 1871 he was ordained in the Church of England, and from 1875-1888 was head master of the Royal Masonic Institution for Boys, near London.

James held membership in the Methodist Church and the Masonic Lodge.

In the early 1840s a Masonic Lodge was formed by LDS Church members who were Freemasons.
