Cains is a brewery in Liverpool, England, founded in 1858 by Robert Cain.

The Cains brewery was founded by Irish immigrant Robert Cain in 1858 when he was able to buy an established brewery.

Yeast from the brewery was preserved at the National Collection of Yeast Cultures and is now used by the present day Westerham Brewery which was established in 2004 by Robert Wicks.
